When Daddy Lets The Girl Select Her Own Outfit

idressedmyself.jpg

Fighting over clothes is usually more trouble than it is worth.

By the way, she starting singing her own birthday song. It runs, "Happy Birthday to YOU! Happy Birthday to YOU! 'Mell like a monkey. And a Happy New Year." I think we should try to sell it to some restaurant out looking for their unique birthday song, don't you?

The workers at the preschool always knew when I was out of town - was it the hair or the outfit??
At what point do we move from The Boy, The Girl and The Baby and use names? Could cause some confusion....

When The Baby isn't a baby any more, I have no idea what I'll call her. Maybe we'll move to Number 1, Number 2 and Number 3 or Oldest, Middle and Youngest. I don't know.

TulipGirl uses first initials and her boy's ages. Maybe I could just do that.

See, here I like the boots. It was raining that day wasn't it?
They were selling cute buttons at one point that announced proudly "I dressed myself!" I always meant to get one.

I don't think it was raining. Around my house rainboots are as likely to be worn on days without a cloud in the sky as on rainy days.

You made me laugh with your daughter's tune. Now, I have to wonder WHO taught her that??? Don't be shy to admit it! ;)

Btw, I'm diggin' her boots. But I also love that glint in your own eye as a little one. Cutie pie!

I believe the proper term is "fashionista" for the ensembles in question.
