It's All Greek to Me
I can't remember where I ran across this first, but Steve Demme, the Math-U-See guy, gives a great lesson on memorizing the Greek alphabet in 10 minutes. My seven year old watched the video and now runs around saying, "Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta..."

That was fun....I can now recite the Greek alphabet. I love learning new skills.
Posted by: marsha at September 14, 2007 08:43 AMThere's an Animaniacs cartoon on Youtube that my wife is using to help our 9 y.o. memorize the state capitols, all 50 of them (they include Washington, DC, and that really bugs me for some reason). He's not real keen on it now, but hopefully in a few weeks he'll have them down.
