It's April and my birthday will be coming up in a few weeks. Says my eight year old son, "Mom, you're going to be 33 soon. It's hard to imagine you being so old!!!"

Meanwhile i always say to my brood- "When I was a kid, back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth..." never fails to get a giggle and the fervent proclamation that I'm not THAT old.
